TRIFECTA RESIDENCES
Trifecta Residences could optimise a brownfield site with three blocks of 7, 11 & 41 storeys, introducing a 550-bed BTR community.
Rising to 134.95m, a ‘bold and unique’ 41-storey tower, designed to punctuate the skyline in a unique filigree form, would be the star and would replace the existing Nisbets store.
There would also be a 7-storey to Essex Street & a 11-storey to Bristol Street, with both designed to respond to the area’s masonry context.
A residential mix would comprise 65 studios, 167 one, 302 two, 14 three & 2 four-bedroom apartments (1-5/8 persons), with 590sqm of g/f commercial.
Complementing this would be 2,062 sqm of outdoor communal roof gardens and amenities, including a large, green oasis garden with terraced landscaping and water features.
